Act Now for the New ACA Reporting

The ACA has new reporting requirements for all large employers (50+ full-time and full-time equivalent employees). The first filing will be in the beginning of 2016; however, information provided on the new forms 1094-C and 1095-C will be for the calendar year 2015. Therefore, the tracking of this information should be done now. We encourage you to reach out to your payroll company to determine the resources available to assist you.
