Austin & Co. is delighted to announce the 2017 Austin & Co., Inc. Scholarship Fund recipients. The Austin & Co., Inc. Scholarship Fund was established to recognize outstanding service and achievement by Austin & Co., Inc. employees and their families. Each year applicants are chosen on the basis of the criteria defined and evaluated in partnership with the Community Foundation. These criteria include: academic achievement, leadership skills, and service to the community. In addition, an Austin & Co. Scholar is perusing education or educational enrichment activities.

“My scholarship is for my tuition at Hudson Valley Community College. I am pursuing my degree in Business Administration and Accounting.”

“My scholarship is for my son’s attendance at dyslexic school, A Different Way in Reading Center.”

“My scholarship is for my Niece, Veronica, to continue to pursue her passion for theatre arts. The scholarship will be used towards her tuition to attend Proctors Broadway Camp this summer. The camp will provide her the opportunity to attend master’s level classes with Broadway professionals in acting, voice and diction, and theatre performance. This year’s show will be Pippin and she has been cast to play Fastrada, Pippin’s conniving Stepmother.”
